comfort zone. Classes are themed and structured around level of students in attendance.

Restore & Replenish Your Soul®: Restore & Replenish with gentle reclined and supported yoga asanas (restorative
yoga), guided breath awareness, meditation and Yoga Nidra; an ancient Tantric practice to release stress. Therapeutic-
grade essentials oils* will be used to enhance your experience.

*Therapeutic-grade essential oils the most powerful part of the plant and plant extracts supply exquisite fragrances to balance mood, lift spirits
and release negative emotions. They are also used medicinally to kill bacteria, fungi and viruses and carry nutrients to, and oxygenate cells.

Yoga Nidra & Meditation: Guided Deep Relaxation and Meditation. Yoga Nidra means conscious “yogic sleep”.
An ancient Tantric practice,
a guided specific sequence of reclined meditations to lead one systematically through each
level of being (kosha). It cultivates a deep sense of tranquility and encourages complete inner healing at the core level.
Yoga Nidra is a simple and most enjoyable practice.

Research conducted within the last thirty years at well recognized universities and medical centers including Stanford,
Walter Reed Army Medical Center, and Ohio State University and others, demonstrate that regular Yoga Nidra practice
offers a viable means of prevention and reversal of numerous ailments and diseases, including cardiovascular, stress,
heart, pain, and psychosomatic conditions.

What is Yoga?

Translated from Sanskrit, yoga means “yuj”, or to yoke, join or bring union to the body, mind and spirit. An ancient
science developed in India over 5,000 years ago, the physical aspect (asanas) was formed as a tool to soften stress in the
body and to bring stillness to the mind as a preparation for meditation. Stillness in the mind is not the lack of energy or
movement. It is harmony in action creating a sense of overall peace, joy and wellness.

What are the benefits of Yoga?

Consistent and regular practice of yoga offers therapeutic benefits. Some may include: Increasing inner strength, tone,
flexibility in the body and mobility in the joints, regulating digestion, reducing stress and anxiety, improving concentration
and mental clarity, increasing lung capacity, encouraging healthy immune system, alleviating pain in the body, massaging
of all the internal organs, glands and cells, balancing cholesterol, blood sugar and blood pressure levels.

“Yoga isn’t about getting to know the postures. It’s
about getting to know yourself.”
